We strive to make your transaction quick and easy. Here is a list of things needed to complete the paperwork process:

If you own the vehicle free-and-clear:

  • Valid and current vehicle registration.
  • The vehicle’s title.
  • Valid ID for each person listed on the vehicle title.
  • Manuals, keys, and accessories for the vehicle.
  • All owners listed on title need to be present.

If vehicle is financed or leased:

  • Valid and current vehicle registration.
  • Valid ID for each person listed on the vehicle registration.
  • We will require a social security number or account number to obtain a 15 day payoff from your lender.
  • Manuals, keys, and accessories for the vehicle
  • All owners listed on loan/lease need to be present.

How long does it take to complete the process? keyboard_arrow_down

Most transactions take 30 – 60 minutes. We may contact you prior to your appointment to obtain some of the needed information to limit your time with us!

When do I get paid? keyboard_arrow_down

If you have the needed documents to complete the paperwork, we cut you a check during your appointment.

Are there any hidden fees? keyboard_arrow_down

There are no hidden fees! The only fees that may be added are a $15.00 Ohio titling fee, a $15.00 duplicate title fee (in the event of a lost title), or a 2% fee when you choose to use a credit card for situations where you owe more than your car is worth.

Am I obligated to sell my vehicle? keyboard_arrow_down

Absolutely not! Choosing to schedule an appointment with us doesn't obligate you in any way.

Can I receive cash instead of a check? keyboard_arrow_down

We do not pay cash. We only issue corporate checks that can be deposited or cashed at your bank the same day. This is for the safety of our employees and customers!

What precautions are we taking due to COVID-19? keyboard_arrow_down

The safety of our employees and our customers are always top priority. While we do not require facial coverings for our customers, our employees will be wearing them. We practice social distancing with proper markings on our floors and while we evaluate your vehicle, we will be wearing gloves. Hand Sanitizer is always available!

Your Evaluation

No problem. We'll call your financial institution during your appointment and obtain a 15-day payoff, which will help determine the outstanding amount. This is payable via credit card or certified check.

My vehicle is customized. Will you still buy it? keyboard_arrow_down

We know that many vehicles on the road today have been modified with aftermarket parts and accessories. Some of the modifications could affect the value of your vehicle. We recommend scheduling an appointment with us to determine your value.

Yes, your online evaluation is subject to an inspection. The condition and details of your vehicle during your appointment will determine your final value.


How do I make an appointment? keyboard_arrow_down

After completing your online evaluation, you'll be presented with available days and times. Simply select one, enter a little more info and your set!

Absolutely! Our cabbage carriage is prepared to do business the place of your choosing! After completing your online evaluation, you'll be presented with locations, be sure to choose an available date and time for our Cabbage Carriage.
